Check diagnostics — has the system a working internet connection?
In case you were wondering…
RTK correction data is delivered over the internet. No internet = no RTK = poor GPS quality.
Look for messages like:
1. ERROR: "GPS Precision -> RTCM validity: False"
2. ERROR: "NTRIP Client not connected to server?"
3. WARNING: "No internet connection?"
